We use Royal Mail, UK Mail and other couriers for our deliveries.
- Royal Mail UK Second Class Delivery - Delivered within 2 - 5 working days.
- Royal Mail UK First Class Delivery - Normally delivered within 1 - 2 working days.
- Royal Mail UK Special Delivery - Next working day if ordered before 1PM.
We deliver WORLDWIDE, to find out the shipping cost for your country, simply add the item to cart, and then select your country from the drop-down menu.
All parcels sent abroad are signed for and require a signature. Tracking number will be provided in an email update after the parcel is dispatched.
Returns Information
If you are unhappy with the product or service you have received for whatever reason we offer a full refund on all orders. You must return the product to us within 14 days in the same unworn condition that you received it - this includes any product packaging and in the original box.
We only refund your return postage cost if the item is faulty or you have been supplied the incorrect product or size.
To return an item back to us for a refund or exchange, please use our Returns Form to get an Returns Authorisation Number(RMA) and we will email back with the details.
